Ingredients

14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes not drained
8 oz peeled and deveined raw med shirimp with tails removed
Smoked Turkey Sausage, sliced
1 cup spicy v8
1 cup frozen cut okra
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbl cornstarch
1 tsp pepper sauce or to taste
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
black pepper to taste
3/4 cup water
Directions
1) Bring a large pot sprayed with nonstick spray to med heat. Add sliced sausage, peppers and onion, stirring occasionally, cook for about 3 min, util tender and sausage heated thru.
2) Add tomatoes, V8 and cornstarch stirring well to disolve cornstarch. Cook until begins to bubble. Add okra, cajun seasoning, and pepper sauce. Stir and bring to boil.
3) Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 min.
4) Add Shrimp and continue to simmer until shrimp are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Add crab meat and 3/4 cup of water. Raise heat to medium and return to a boil.
5) Remove from heat, cover and let thicken for 5 minutes. Season to taste with black pepper, extra cajun seasoning or pepper sauce.
