    Flour, all-purpose, 1.5 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 1/4 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Butter, unsalted, 1 cup
    Brown Sugar, 3/4 cup, packed
    Granulated Sugar, 3/4 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Hot Water, 1 tsp.
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Whole Grain Rolled Oats, 2 cups
    Mini Butterscotch Chips, 2 Cups


Preheat oven to 375░. Mix together flour, salt and baking soda. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugars, then add eggs, beating well after each addition. Stir in hot water and vanilla, then add flour mixture. Add oats followed by mini chips. Bake at 375░ for 10-12 minutes.
