Ingredients

2 large chicken breast halves
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup + 1/2 can of milk
1 cup of sour cream
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 cup cheddar/monterey jack schreeded cheese
4 medium flour tortillas
Directions
Boil or bake chicken. Cut up into bite size pieces.
Mis soup, milk, sourcream and chilies in a bowl.
Mix 1/3 of the soup misture with the chicken.
Divide the chicken misture onto the tortillas and roll up. Place in baking pan.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 375 covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Garnish with olive slices or other favorite lie tomatoe, avacado etc.
Serving Size: makes 5 enchiladas
