Ingredients

Kale (1 or 2 handfuls)
Orange
Onion
Green Pepper
Cilantro
Dill
Garlic
Lime Juice and Zest
Apple Cider Vinegar
Olive Oil
Cayenne Pepper
Directions
Start by rinsing your kale and fresh green herbs. Rip the kale into bite sized pieces and put in bowl, chop cilantro and dill and sprinkle on top.
Cut green pepper in half from top to bottom and thinly slice it, then halve the slices. Chop one onion in a similar fashion. Cut an orange in half to make half size slices and peel. Add all this with the kale and toss around.
In a small bowl, squeeze in the juice of one lime and set the rest of it aside. Add olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Finely mince the garlic as best you can, then squish it down with a fork to get all the juices accessible. Put the garlic in the bowl of liquids. Throw in the cayenne pepper. Using a zester, zest as much as you can from the lime and toss that in as well. Mix thoroughly with the fork.
Pour dressing on the salad, stir around and serve.
