Ingredients:
1 Large Sweet Potato cut into french fries
In a large ziploc back mix the following:
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp tobasco sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp Chipolte red pepper spice
Directions
Add the sweet potato fries into the ziploc, seal and coat the fries with the mixture. Spread the fries out on a cookie sheet (not an insulated sheet). Sprinkle sea salt or kosher salt over them.
Bake in a 450 degree preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until tender. Turn the fries after 10 minutes to help crisp them up.
