Ingredients

Pre-packaged grilling veggies
(Approx. 1/2 cup green pepper strips, 1/2 cup yellow pepper strips, 1/2 cup red bell pepper strips, 1/2 cup or more mushroom slices, and 1/2-3/4 cup red onion strips)
Mission Extra Thin Yellow Corn Tortillas (taco size), 4 total
Red Bone Alley Chipotle Grillin Marinade Spray, 2 tbsp
Sargento Reduced Fat Pepper Jack Cheese, 2 slices (1/2 per mini-fajita)
Tyson Fajita Chicken Strips (meat or freezer section), approx 3 servings or 9 oz.
Directions
Add veggies and chicken to wok or general use fry pan. Saute over med-hi to hi heat until reaches desired doneness. Heat tortillas in toaster (I did this), toaster oven, oven, or microwave if you prefer them softer. When done remove pan from heat, place on plates or in a container. Place tortillas in a container to keep warm and soft. Place desired amount of "filling" on each tortilla, placing 1/2 a cheese slice amidst the "filling" to allow it to melt. Dig in!! Have napkins nearby because stuff will fall off, but it was healthy and utterly delicious!!
