Ingredients

    8 tsp Dijon Mustard - Maille
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    2 tsp dried crumbled Tarragon
    1/2 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 clove Garlic, crushed
    4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar

Directions

Whisk mustard, oil, herbs, spices and seasonings. Whisk in vinegar. Store up to 3 days in refrigerator.
