Directions
Cook 1 cup of Quinoa in 2 cups of water
In a separate non stick pan, heat 1 tsp of olive oil, add onion, and zucchini, stir fry until starts to brown. Remove from Pan. Add Bison, brown for about 15-20 minutes (I rinsed it a couple of times after it was cooked to remove excess fat)

Very easy to make, and delicious, I love one dish meals! I am a plain person and found it wonderful, might try and add to it next time. Use vegetable(s) of choice and make it your own! - 8/29/11
