Ingredients

    About a pound (4 small to medium potatoes), diced
    French green beans, raw, ends trimmed
    1 15-oz can well rinsed and drained cannellini beans
    2 15-oz cans organic tomato sauce
    granulated garlic, dehydrated minced onions, Kirkland no salt organic seasoning, Italian herb blend, hot pepper flakes, all in generous amounts to taste, but it does not need salt as the tomato sauce has an overload of sodium!


Directions

I tossed it all in a large non stick skillet and let it simmer for an hour, stirring it occasionally.

This is so yummy! Next time I will use low sodium tomato sauce.
