Ingredients

    Ground beef, 16 oz
    *Yves Veggie Ground Round - Original, 2 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 8 cloves chopped fine
    Canned Tomatoes, 3 can
    Regular Beer, 6 fl oz
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    Chili powder, 8 tbsp
    Ground Cumin
    Dried Oregano
    Ground chipotle
    Salt
    Pepper
    (Last 5 ingredients to taste)

Directions

Brown beef, drain. Add soy crumbles, all dry spices, let spices bloom. Deglaze with half the beer. Add onion and peppers, cook with meats until starting to soften, 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook another 2 minutes. Deglaze second time with remaining beer. When foaming stops, add canned tomatoes, stir well. Cover and summer for 20 minutes. Add corn and cook until heated through. For best results, store in fridge overnight to allow flavors to marry.
