    1.5 cups egg beaters
    Pace Chunky salsa
    2 diced jalapeno peppers
    dash of garlic
    dash of Tony's Creole seasoning
    2 pieces of Oatnut bread

Directions

Dice jalapeno
Pour egg beaters into a sprayed nonstick pan
mix in Jalapenos, salsa, seasonings
Serve on toasted Oat nut bread with a tablespoon of salsa on top
