you will need 4 small boxes of sugar free jello of your taste, ( I like the LIME best for this ) and 4 cups non-fat plain yogurt. 4 cups water.
To make this dessert, make the jello as directed on the box with 1 cup boiling hot water , dissolve jello and let it cool for about 5 minutes on the counter, then instead of adding the cold water , now add in 1 cup of cold non-fat plain yogurt and mix with a wire whisk , then just chill it like you would any jello . I make 4 small boxes instead of just one so you will have enough, you just have to boil 4 cups water and add 4 cups cold non-fat plain yogurt to make that much. 4 small's box of jello makes 8, 1/2 cup servings . enjoy .
