Ingredients

    3# HoneySuckle White ground turkey 85/15
    2 medium egg whites
    1/2 capful Mrs. Dash Herb & onion spice
    2 tbsp chopped raw onion
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 Cup Italian Seasoning Blend
    1 Roma Tomato, diced fine

Directions

mix all ingredients together, shaped into (12) 40z raw patties. Spray frying pan (or grill grates if you cook them outside) and fry until internal temp reaches 160-165.

Adding cheese afterwards will increase the nutrient values.

Serving Size: (12) 4oz burgers (4oz before cooked)
