These delicious chicken breasts go well with yeast rolls fresh from the oven, creamed corn, green beans, mashed potatoes, and fresh salads. Ingredients

1/4 cup dijon mustard
3 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 cup crushed Pepperidge Farm herb-seasoned stuffing or bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter, melted
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Line cookie sheet or 13 x 9 pan with foil.
3. In a gallon-size bag, mix mustard, apple sauce, and garlic.
4. In a shallow dish or bowl, mix the crushed stuffing or bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, basil, pepper, salt, and butter.
5. Toss one chicken breast at a time in the mustard mixture bag, thoroughly coating each breast before removing to the dry ingredients dish.
6. Roll each chicken breast in the dry ingredients dish until well-coated, then lay the chicken breasts on the foil-lined pan.
7. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, until chicken breasts are cooked through.
