Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbs Dried Lavender Flowers
Or the recommended directions on the box
2 C Boiling Water
(Always use pure spring or distilled water for herb teas)
Honey
Lemon
Directions
Warm your spotlessly clean teapot with hot water.
(10 oz teapot for one person. Double recipe for a 20oz teapot for 2)
Pour away the water.
Place flowers in the teapot.
Fill the teapot with fresh boiling water.
Cover. Steep for 4 to 5 minutes.
Strain the tea as you pour it into cups.
Serve with honey and a wedge of lemon.
Note: Never use flowers or herbs for tea that may have been subjected to pesticides.
