Introduction

Fast and easy to make low fat ham and cheese sandwich. This has fiber too! Fast and easy to make low fat ham and cheese sandwich. This has fiber too!

Ingredients

    Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 2 slice
    *Kraft 2% American Cheese Singles, 1 serving
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16")

Directions

Put whole wheat slices in toaster and turn it on. When bread turns slightly brown, take whole wheat slices out. Turn off toaster. Put American cheese slice on one whole wheat slice and the Ham toast on the other whole wheat toast. Now put the sides with the ham and cheese together and use the heat from the whole wheat toast to melt the ham and cheese together.
