Introduction
Took what I normally blend up for a breakfast shake and turned it into popsicles. This isn't too sweet, and it probably wouldn't 'pass' for dessert, but if you need a quick, healthy snack on the go, it would do (especially in the summer!) Ingredients

1 - 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
1 medium banana
1 cup Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla yogurt
2 - 3 tablespoons Hodgson Mill Flax Seed
2 - 3 tablespoons Bob's Red Mill Wheat Germ
1/2 cup (or so) Trop50 Raspberry Lemonade, for sweetness and consistency
Directions
Let strawberries sit out in a bowl for about 15 minutes to soften.
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds (I filled 4 molds with this mix), and freeze approx 4-6 hours.
Serving Size: Makes 1 large breakfast shake OR 4 popsicles
