Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup broccoli i use frozen
    1 cup berries this recipe calls for
    1/2 cup blueberries and
    1 cup whole strawberries but you can mix it up and try different berries if you want!
    1 small apple cored and seeded
    2 tbsp Flax seed meal
    1 cup pomegranate juice
    2 cups of water to thin

Directions

place all ingredients into the blender and work up to high until everything is smoothie like in texture.
pour into glasses and serve!
makes 4 8oz servings depending on consistancy
