Introduction
I skillet fried a fillet of salmon in some Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce with 2 tsp of garlic. Came out fairly tasty. Might be overpowering if you let it soak for more than a few minutes though. Ingredients

2/3 cup of Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp minced garlic
1 4oz salmon fillet
Directions
Mix the garlic and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl. Place salmon into sauce, let sit while you heat up a small to medium skillet.
Place fillet in skillet and cover with sauce. Boil/fry until fish flakes easily with fork. Drain off all excess sauce and serve.
