Introduction

Just a quick way to get a filling meal in a short amount of time. The longest part of this recipe is browning the ground turkey (which is different than the original recipe which called for 2 lbs of ground beef), followed closely by trying to figure out where my kids hid the can opener. Ingredients



    1 can (15oz) Green Giant Cut Green Beans
    1 can (15oz) Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
    16 oz Ground turkey, 93% lean
    0.5 large Onion, chopped
    1 can Progresso Reduced Sodium Tomato Parmesan Soup
    1 can (15 oz) Tomato with onions, green peppers, and celery

Directions

Brown 1 lb of ground turkey.
Add onion, chopped in large pieces.
Add Tomato, Soup, Green Beans, and Corn.
Mix well.
Cover and cooked until heated through.
Serve in bowls as a soup or over rice.
