Ingredients

    2 tbsp olive oil, in fry pan on med-high
    add 3 breasts chicken

    mix 1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp ginger
    and 2 tbsp water in small bowl
    set aside

    mix 1/4 cup tomato sauce
    1/4 cup nonfat yogurt
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp black pepper
    and 1/2 cup water in large bowl
    set aside

    remove breasts, slice into 1" strips
    return to pan
    when cooked all over
    add 1 tsp curry powder
    4 cloves
    and 2 cinnamon sticks
    after 1 minute add garlic/ginger mix
    after 1 more minute add yogurt/tomato mix
    cook until done, adding water if needed

    serve over rice and steamed vegetables of your choice.
