Introduction

Baked chicken coated in Italian dressing and dipped in crushed french fried onions for breading. Yum! Baked chicken coated in Italian dressing and dipped in crushed french fried onions for breading. Yum!

Ingredients

    French fried onions
    Chicken thighs
    Zesty Italian Dressing

Directions

Put 1 cup french fried onions in a zip lock bag. Use a rolling pin to crush the onions, then pour into a small pie plate. Pour 1 cup of Italian dressing into another zip lock bag (or reuse the first one if you are so inclined) and put all 4 chicken thighs in the bag. Zip the bag closed and shake it until the chicken pieces are thoroughly coated. Take pieces out one at a time and dip each side in breading, making sure to coat evenly. Place each piece of chicken on a baking sheet (I use a stoneware baking sheet, but any is fine!) and bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until juices run clear when cut into.
