Number of Servings: 2


    1 small fat-free yogurt
    1 cup of watermelon - diced
    1 cup of frozen or fresh, very cold berries
    (frozen berries will make the smoothie thicker)


Place frozen berries into blender.
Pulse blender to break up the berries.
Add the yogurt and cut up watermelon.
Blend well.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
