    3 Celery Stalks
    5 Roma Tomatos
    1-1/2 Cup Low Sodium Tomato Juice

    1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
    3 Packets of Truvia
    Garlic Powder, Pepper, and Salt to Taste
