Introduction

This is a low carb, quick, simple meal. Also made this way is very low salt. So simple I never thought to add it as a recipe. Just thought some people might be struggling to get a meal like this and not be a great cook. This is for them..lol This is a low carb, quick, simple meal. Also made this way is very low salt. Ingredients

    I cut up 1/2 a red onion, and add two 6.5 oz cans of No Salt mushrooms, and start that simmering, then cut up 3 chicken thighs( 10-12 ozs ), boneless skinless, and cook it all up with garlic powder, and black pepper for seasoning.Make sure to get Chicken not soaked in salt solution. That would add Na to the dish.

Directions

Just cook it on high till it is nice and golden brown. This keeps it juicy, instead of dried out.
