Ingredients

    Dressing/sauce

    1/4 cup water
    4 tbsp Peanut butter
    2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    2 tbsp sesame oil
    2 tbsp peanut oil.
    2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
    2 large cloves of garlic cut up
    1 tsp sugar
    few drops hot sauce, or red chili flakes


    Salad

    8 cups lettuce, I mixed romaine and Iceberg
    2 bell pepper cut up
    20 thin slices of carrot
    1 bunch cilantro rinsed and cut up
    2 cups broccoli cut up
    2 chicken breast, cooked, cut into chunks
    4 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions

Dressing:
In a blender or chopper, blend everything, adjust seasoning to taste.

Salad:
Wash and cut up vegetables, Cut up cooked chicken breast, arrange vegetables and chicken on 4 plates. Dress each salad, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
