Ingredients

one can of corn
one can of fat free refried beans
one can of your favorite beans (I use northern or black)
one can of chicken broth
1/4 cup of neuftachel cheese
1/2 a cup of salsa, (I puree mine because I don't like the chunks)
Heat all together and serve.
Directions
This makes about 5 servings for my family. You can add other veggies or eliminate the corn if you would like.
