Introduction

Found recipe on internet that used ham, but I used bacon and onion instead. I put it in the breakfast category, but we had it for dinner. Found recipe on internet that used ham, but I used bacon and onion instead. I put it in the breakfast category, but we had it for dinner.

Ingredients

    10 large eggs
    2 cups milk
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    .5 lb chopped bacon
    1 vidalia onion
    .25 c. chopped fresh parsley
    salt & pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam.
2. Beat eggs, whisk in milk, then add cheese, parsley, onion and bacon. Pour into pan.
3. Bake for 45 min, or until top is slightly golden. Mine was actually done about 10 min. early, and it rose like a souffle.
It fell as it cooled. Really good!
