Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 cans kroger diced tomatos
    1 6 oz can kroger tomato paste
    1.75 cups Kroger frozen corn
    2 cups Kroger 3 pepper and onion blend
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 tablespoon cumin
    1 tablespoon kroger chili powder
    1 cup chicken stock
    2 cups water

Directions

Add all ingredients to crockpot and mix well. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or until the tomatos and peppers break down a bit.

You can leave out the chicken stock if you like. Or use Vegetable or beef stock.

garnish with cheese and sour cream. Or serve over rice or macaroni.
