Introduction

I make this at least once a week. It's super easy to make in my toaster oven, but a regular oven can be used. It's a good way to quell the pizza craving, and get in my veggies! If you don't have Joseph's brand pita, Flat Out brand works just as well. I make this at least once a week. It's super easy to make in my toaster oven, but a regular oven can be used.
