Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 cups rice
    1 large can tomatos
    6 garlic cloves
    5 stalks celery
    1 large onion
    1 pound of ground beef
    1 tbsp of flax
    2 tbsp fennel
    4 tbsp chili powder

Directions

brown beef, add celery onion til soft, add tomatos and rest of ingredients. add rice and extra water to allow rice to plump up. simmer for 20 minutes.
