    Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, small (4" dia) (remove)
    *Broccoli raw, 1 cup (remove)
    Asparagus, fresh, 7 spear, small (5" long or less) (remove)
    *Rapeseed Oil (100 ml) - Goldenfields, 0.15 serving (remove)
    *Benecol Buttery Taste Spread, 15 gram(s) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Leeks, 1 cup (remove)
    *Clove of Garlic, 2 serving (remove)

Directions

Sweat the chopped veg and garlic in the oil and spread
when beginning to soften add enough water to almost cover and the tamari
when cooked, liquidize with the soya milk, dilute with water to the desired consistency
