Sarah's amazingly low fat delicious stir fry! Sarah's amazingly low fat delicious stir fry!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Bacon, 2 medium slices, uncooked
    Brussels sprouts, fresh, 1 cup
    Summer squash, fresh,1 cup, chopped
    *Zuccini Squash, fresh,1 cup, chopped
    Onions, fresh,1 cup, chopped
    *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 1 cup
    Any other fresh veggies you want to add

Directions

Add bacon to skillet, allow to cook, once brown, add onions. Cut Brussel Sprouts in half and let brown in bacon grease, add squash then Bok choy last, cover and periodically stir.
add pepper to taste

    I don't find that I need to have rice with this so I didn't add it. However, if you are a rice eater, then yes, you would have to adjust for those calories. I have cut simple carbs out of my diet so I just listed the ingredients I used, but feel free to mix it up! :)
