    4 Orange Pekoe Tea bags
    6-8 Sprigs of Rosemary, fresh
    1 1/3 C Apricot Nectar
    6 Apricots, fresh, remove the pits and thinly slice
    12 oz Sparkling Water
    12 Ice cubes
    1 qt Boiling Pure Spring Water

    Garnish with


Bring pure water to a boil in a sauce pan. Remove from heat. Add tea bags. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let cool.

Leave the rosemary in the tea as it cools to room temperature. Then remove the rosemary and refrigerate until you are ready to use.

Pour tea into a pitcher Add cold sparkling water cold apricot nectar. Using a tall glass, place a a few ice cubes, a few slices of apricot and a few sprigs of rosemary in the glass. Pour tea into the glass and serve.
