Ingredients

* Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), (2 cans)
* Mushrooms, canned, 1.5 cup (2 cans)
* Boneless Porkchop, Center cut, 4oz., 10 serving
* *McCormick's Lemon-Pepper Seasoning, 0.25 tsp
* *Lawry's Seasoning Salt, 0.25 tsp
* *Crushed Oregano, 4 tsp (add liberally)
**Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Directions
Sear porkchops on stove top in 1 tsp oil
Season with oregano, lemon pepper and seasoning salt
Mix soup, mushrooms in 8 x 13 baking dish
Add porkchops to mix
Deglaze the frying pan by
Adding 1/2 cup water to frying pan, simmer for 2 mins and add to porkchop dish!
Make sure all porkchops have been coated.
Bake covered at 300 F for at least 2 and a half hours.
Can flip porkchops over half way thru for moister porkchops.
If gravy mixture is too thin bake uncovered for last 15 mins.
Serving Size: makes 10 porkchops
