Ingredients

    3 cups rolled oats
    1 cup brown sugar--packed
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    cinnamon to taste
    nutmeg to taste
    1 cup milk
    2 eggs
    6 oz Dannon Lite & Fit vanilla yogurt
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup raisens (or cranberries)
    2 medium apples, chopped

Directions

Preheat overn to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Beat in milk, eggs, yogurt, vanilla, and fruit.
Spread into 9x13" baking dish, and cook for 40 minutes

Serving Size: makes 8 servings, using a 9x13'' pan
