Ingredients

16oz roasted hazelnuts
3TB unsweetened cocoa powder
1 TB Truvia (or Stevia)
? TB Coconut oil (You will be slowly adding this until you reach the desired texture. So it will be anywhere between 1-5TBs).
Directions
Roast the hazelnuts at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool, then remove the outer papery covering (which can impart a bitterness to the hazelnuts). Grind in a food processor until as smooth as desired, then add the cocoa powder and sweetener and grind until blended. SLOWLY add the coconut oil while the machine is running, and stop when the desired texture is reached.
