Ingredients

    1/2 cup raw honey
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    3/4 cup applesauce
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup flaxseed meal
    1 1/2 ww pastry flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 cups oats
    1/4 cup each- dried cranberries or blueberries, chocolate chips, pepitas, sesame seeds, and chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine honey, sugar and applesauce. Blend well. Beat in eggs, and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 10-15 mins or until set. Cool on rack.
