Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    6 cups of your favorite apples or pears (sliced)
    1 tbsp lemon or lime juice (I use lemon juice for apples & lime juice for pears)
    2 tbsp white sugar
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tbsp tapioca starch
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp cloves
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 cup walnut pieces
    1/3 cup ground flaxseed
    1/3 cup stone ground oats

Directions

Serves 8

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine fruit with lemon or lime juice in a 9" x 9" baking dish greased with sesame oil to coat.

Combine the sugars, tapioca starch, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves and stir until blended.

Add your second mixture to your first mixture. Mix well.

Cook for 40 minutes until apples are brown.
