Introduction

Very nutritious meatless recipe. It does have egg whites and parmesan cheese so it's not vegan but you could substitute egg white and leave out the cheese. Very nutritious meatless recipe. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup Brown Rice cooked
    2 T. milled flax seed
    2T cooked black quinoa
    1/4 cup chopped purple onion
    1 chopped yellow bannana pepper
    1 stalk celery and some clelery leaves chopped.
    1t cumin
    1/2 t salt
    Pepper and galic powder if you like
    2T grated parmesan cheese
    Zest of lime-as much or as little as you want.
    3 large egg whites


Directions

Mix all togehter and form into 4 good size patties. Brown in small amount of olive oil and turn over. Delicious!

Serving Size: Makes 4 palm size patties
