Ingredients

1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds
1 Tbs Flaxseeds
1 Tbs Sesame Seeds
1 Cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch
1/3 Cup Dried Apricots, chopped
1/3 Cup Crasins, Chopped
1/4 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Smooth Style Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Spray 8" square pan with cooking spray
3. Spread oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for about 6 minutes. Stir contents and bake for about 6 minutes more.
4. Remove from oven. Transfer to a large bowl and add cereal, apricots and crasins.
5. In a small pan, combine peanut butter, honey, Cinnamon and vanilla. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it starts to bubble.
6. Immediately pour over the seed mixture and mix together thoroughly.
7. Transfer to the 8" pan and press down firmly.
8. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
9. Cut into 8 bars.
