Introduction
This is a tasty winter twist on the traditional Apple Brown Betty. This is a tasty winter twist on the traditional Apple Brown Betty.Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients

2 cups of blueberries
2 cups of cranberries
2 tbsp flour (whole wheat or all purpose)
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp flax seed meal
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp splenda brown sugar blend
3 tbsp smart balance light spread with flax oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In med. mixing bowl, add berries, honey, splenda and 2tbsp flour. Mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into med. size casserole dish.
In med size mixing bowl, add remaining flour, oats, flax meal, brown sugar, melted spread and walnuts. Mix thoroughly. Spread over berry mixture.
Place in the oven at 350 degress for 1/2 hour.
