    2 cod fillets (6 oz ea), each 1 inch thick
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp dried thyme
    Pinch of salt sense
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1/8 tsp paprika


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange fillets in a small baking dish. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with paprika and gently rub it all in.

2. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or till flesh is opaque, but still juicy. Servie with pan juices spooned on top.
