Introduction

This is a great salsa that goes with just about anything! Awesome for people who don't love tomatoes and onions. This is a great salsa that goes with just about anything! Awesome for people who don't love tomatoes and onions.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 each green, yellow, orange, and red bell pepper
    1 lime (can use more, we only had one)
    1 Tbsp. Italian dressing (can omit, if you don't have it)
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    .5 bunch cilantro
    1 can black beans
    1 can sweet corn

Directions

+ Drain and rinse black beans
+ Drain sweet corn
+ Core, take out ribs, and dice bell peppers
+ Chop cilantro (dice, mince... whatever you like)

Combine all in a large bowl and add juice from one (or more) lime, red wine vinegar, and Italian dressing.

Mix up and enjoy!
