Ingredients

    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 roma tomato, diced
    1/2 of 1 red onion, chopped
    4 tbs olive oil
    1 tbsp. black pepper
    1 tbs crushed red pepper
    6 TBS spreadable garlic and herb brie

Directions

Combine all ingredients, excluding cheese, and roast for 30 minutes in 450 degree oven then puree in food processor, add cheese and process to combine.
