Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups AP flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    2 tablespoons Brown sugar
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    3 teaspoons flax seeds
    3 Tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce
    1/2 cup Almond milk
    1 egg whites


Directions

Preheat oven to 400
Combiine all ingredients
Roll or press out to about 1/2" thickness
Cut with medium sized biscuit cutter (3" diameter)
Bake for 10-12 minutes until browned


Serving Size: Makes 8 biscuits
