Introduction

We hadn't had homemade burgers in a while. Ground turkey helps make this healthy and seasonings make it taste good. Enjoy it with all sorts of toppings because it is a basic recipe. Ingredients

    -3 lb. defrosted lean ground turkey

    -3 large eggs
    -3/4 C quick cooking oats
    -2 T Worcestershire sauce
    -4T or 1/4C Heinz ketchup
    -3/4 t black ground pepper
    -1/2 t garlic powder
    -1 T minced (dried/dehydrated) onion or 1/4 C raw diced onion

Directions

--Mix all the ingredients except meat in another bowl and them pour it over the meat and mix it well. Let it rest for about 1/2 an hour, then shape/measure patties. I used my #50 scoop which is about 1 T and put about 4 level scoops which weighs about 3.5 ounces.

--Cook each patties in a large skillet over low/med heat for about 4-5 min. each side until golden brown.

--Serve with desired toppings and buns (not included in nutrition).

--Makes about 16.5 burgers.

--Enjoy!!
