Introduction

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 lb extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
6 Tbsp Walden Farms Original Barbecue Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 35ºF.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the egg, oats, onion, green pepper and salt. Add beef and pineapple and mix well.
Divide mixture into 6 equal portions. Shape each portion into a 4" x 2" loaf. Place loaves in a sprayed 13" x 9" x 2" pan.
Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Tope each loaf with 1 Tbsp of the barbecue sauce.
