Ingredients

1 cup brown rice (dry), cooked according to directions on pkg
12 oz. round steak, cut into strips
4 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
2 pkg teriyaki or stir fry sauce
1 T canola oil, divided
Directions
Make rice.
In a wok or hot fry pan, stir fry beef 3-4 minutes in half the oil. Set aside. Stir fry the broccoli until crisp tender in remaining oil. Add meat back to pan and add teriyaki, stirring until well mixed and thickened.
