Quick and easy and very filling. Quick and easy and very filling.

Ingredients

    1 can fat free chicken broth
    1 can black beans, drained
    1 can corn, drained
    1 can fat free refried beans
    1 cup salsa
    1 can (9.75) canned chicken breast in water

Directions

Open all the cans, mix together and heat through.

For a little intensity, you can add a few drops of hot sauce.
